They keep taking my money and it's been cancelled
You can't speak with any customer service. My bank has been trying to help me and they can't neither.
I just want to cancel, don't have an account number and they won't help me. ex -box gaming.
You're charging me for games without authorization
I was told I was charged a one time fee $16.79 and I wouldnt be charged for anything else again for July. I was charged another $42.39. so since I cant get a hold of anybody, because your phone number doesnt work I want this *** canceled now.

It is impossible to cancel this subscription. I guess I can call my bank and ask them to stop payment

Falsely billed and unauthorized use of bank card!!!!
Stole bankcard number and used it to bill a service or whatever never authorized!! Cant get anyone on phone to help me find out what this is about.
This ia an example of "beating around the bush" as I cant get this explanantion to register in Microsoft's files.
Trying on the phone is all you get is an "site" and never a live person. A way of keeping your money, no wonder the company is so "rich" as they keep people's money and dont let anyone get an explanation of falsely charged charges!

Paid for ultimate edition
I paid for the ultimate edition, back 4 blood. I'm only seeing th standard edition.
I paid for my brother to have the ultimate edition. We both only have the standard edition. Tailoredwinter7 is my brother's gamer tag, buzz420 is mine. I was charged 104.99 on September 29 and charged 105.49 on September 30th.
Not sure why different charges for the same game.
What can we do to resolve this. Thanks.

Game will not load, currently re downloading after deleting game
I could not get a customer service rep to help me, no person at any point even contacted me, I'm very frustrated and disappointed in the customer service for the Xbox!!! I'm basically left to figure this out on my own, I pay monthly to have Xbox live and I would expect a service I'm paying for to have a real person NOT a machine, helping me solve an issue!!!!

Cant launch any games
I have paid for 15 games on my profile. I have downloaded and played all of them.
But as of 3 days ago for some reason i keep getting an error code 0x802**** for every single game. I have done all the troubleshooting steps, restarted my console, waited 30 seconds after unplugging, deleted all the games redownloaded all of them, but every time i play them once i can never go back to playing them because of the error code.
